Shipping & Exchange Policy

UK Shipping

UK orders are sent using DHL via recorded delivery. The postage and packaging cost is £7.99 and orders can be expected to arrive 6-8 working days after full payment is received.

EU Shipping

European orders are sent using DHL via recorded delivery. The postage and packaging cost is from £14.99 – £19.99 (depending on location) and orders can be expected to arrive 7-10 working days after full payment is received.

International Shipping

All other international orders are sent via using DHL via recorded delivery. The postage and packaging cost is from £14.99 – £24.99 (depending on location) and orders can be expected to arrive 7-12 working days after full payment is received.

Nigerian Shipping

Nationwide delivery is available for Nigerian customers at a cost of N2,500 and orders can be expected to arrive 7-10 working days after full payment is received.

Shipping Policy

Due to restructuring in our company, we are currently sending out all our orders from our Lagos, Nigeria office via DHL. As such there may be an additional 2-3 working days added onto the aforementioned time frame for deliveries. Please also note that we are unable to reimburse you for any customs duties or import taxes that may be mandated by your country. We send all our orders via recorded delivery and a signature is required for all orders. Once an order is shipped we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages or packages that have been signed for but not received.

Exchange Policy

We are confident in the quality of our hair extensions but appreciate that in some situations you may not be satisfied with your purchase. In these circumstances whilst we do not provide refunds on orders we would be happy to offer an exchange. To make a request for an exchange please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange any items that have been opened, worn or tampered with in any way. All exchanged orders will be fully inspected and only those that are unopened in their original packaging will be processed. We are unable to process refunds.

Order Cancellations

Any requests to cancel an order must be made within 24 hours of the order being placed as orders will then be processed after this time. We are unable to offer refunds after your order has been processed. Please contact us before placing your order if you have any queries.
